Pav Bhaji is a popular street food dish from Mumbai, India, made with a medley of vegetables and served with buttered and toasted bread rolls known as “pav.” Using a pre-made Nosh Spice Pav Bhaji Spice Mix makes the cooking process quicker and more convenient.

Ingredients

For the Bhaji:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots, beans), chopped

Step 4: Toast the Pav

  1. Slit the pav bread rolls and butter them lightly.
