Your favourite Nosh Spice Packs are delivered through the post by Royal Mail to any mainland UK address. Your order will be processed within 3-5 working days and will be delivered through Royal Mail. You may send Nosh Spice Packs as a gift to friends and family in the UK by selecting their delivery address at checkout.  

We accept payment by PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards. If goods are lost during delivery or damaged we will provide a refund or replacement. We make every effort to ensure our goods are packaged perfectly for freshness and safety to reach you in perfect condition. In the very rare event that goods are damaged in transit we reserve the right to request a return of the damaged goods along with order details /proof of purchase. 

Returns Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your items and their original outer packaging must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as a print out of your email receipt from us.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@noshspice.co.uk.  

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
