Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon ready-to-use Nosh Spice Seekh Kebab Mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or basil
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • Vegetable oil or olive oil (for grilling or cooking)

Cooking Method

Step 1: Prepare the Marinade

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, and Nosh Spice Seekh Kebab Mix.
  2. Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces or use chicken drumsticks and place them in a large resealable bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chicken, seal the bag, and toss to coat.
  4. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best results.

Step 2: Cook the Kebabs

  1. Remove the marinated chicken from the bag and thread it onto skewers.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Air-fry the chicken for 15-20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).

Step 3: Serve

  1. Serve your delicious chicken seekh kebabs with pita bread, salad, and a dollop of tzatziki sauce.
