- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoon tomato puree (1 tomato if using fresh)
- 1 tablespoons ready-to-use paneer masala spice mix
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/2 (half) cup heavy cream

Recipe
- Heat the ghee or vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in the ginger paste and garlic paste. Cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the Nosh Spice paneer masala spice mix to the pan and sauté for a minute to bloom the flavours.
- Pour in the tomato puree and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream to the tomato masala. Stir well to combine.
- Add salt to taste and let the gravy simmer for a few minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
- Gently add the cubed paneer to the gravy. Be careful not to break the paneer cubes while stirring.
- Let the paneer cook in the gravy for about 5 minutes, ensuring the paneer is heated through and coated with the masala.
- Garnish the Paneer Masala with chopped cilantro.
- Serve the curry hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
- Enjoy your creamy and flavourful Paneer Masala!
